Vaani originates from Bagan Serai, a town nestled in the state of Perak, Malaysia. Her roots remain deeply connected to her hometown, as her parents and relatives still reside there, while her brothers have settled in Kuala Lumpur. She received her early education at SRJK(T) and SMKBS in Bagan Serai, and later pursued her college-level education at Disted-Stamford College in Penang.

Vaani's career journey began in Malaysia and Singapore, where she gained valuable experience working for Singapore Airlines. Upon relocating to England, she pursued her education in law at the University of Gloucestershire, earning her LLB (Hons). She then held significant project management roles at BMW-Mini and Honda, accumulating over 15 years of diverse professional experience. Today, Vaani proudly serves as the CEO of Neitiv.

Inspired by her grandfather, a coconut farmer long before her birth, Vaani's passion is driven by her desire to continue his legacy. At Neitiv, she works closely with farmers from India and Thailand, placing emphasis on their welfare and ensuring they receive ethical compensation for their invaluable contributions.

Keeran hails from Ipoh, Perak, and grew up in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. His educational journey took him through various schools, including SRK Bukit Bintang, SRK Kuala Kubu Baru, SMK La Salle Sentul, and SMK Maxwell. He pursued his Diploma at Inti College (Subang Jaya) before venturing to the United Kingdom for his degree at the University of Leeds, where he earned a B.Eng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering.

After returning to Malaysia and working in the educational environment such as Sunway College, Keeran embarked on further academic pursuits, obtaining a M.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore. His renewed career path started in Singapore, and later to the United Kingdom, where he further honed his skills in global settings, having travelled to over 30 countries for work purposes. Today, Keeran serves as the COO of Neitiv, leveraging his diverse international experience to drive the company's operations forward.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Keeran possesses a deep passion for music. His musical journey began with his participation in Astro Vaanivil Padal Thiran Potti 2005 in Malaysia, where he captivated audiences with his motivational songs. His talent eventually led to the launch of his own music album and music videos, including the popular 'Shades of Nakkeeran.' The song 'Chellame' from his album garnered widespread acclaim among Malaysians, and his album was subsequently signed by Sony Music India.

While his career commitments have temporarily shifted his focus away from music, Keeran remains hopeful of continuing his musical journey in the future.
