Traditional Tamil Yoga offers a wonderful way to embrace calmness, connect with our body and mind, reduce physical pain, enhance mental health, improve sleep quality, and encourage self-appreciation and overall well-being.

TRADITIONAL (FLOOR) YOGA 

Traditional (Floor) Yoga is ideal for those with some flexibility, or those looking to deepen their practice. It’s also suitable for beginners who are comfortable sitting on the floor for extended periods.

OUR WEEKLY FLOOR YOGA SESSION SCHEDULE

  • Tuesday, 7:00 PM (Deep Calm Yoga: Beginner friendly) - Limited Space
  • Wednesday, 5:30 PM (Dynamic Flow Yoga)
  • Thursday, 9:00 AM (Calm & Align Yoga: Beginner friendly) - starting from 6th Feb
  • Saturday, 8.30 AM (Calm & Align Yoga - Beginner friendly)

☀️ Morning Yoga Sessions: If you decide to indulge in 'Food or Drinks' after the class, you are entitled to a 5% Discount on your order. 😍 

👚 What To Wear: Wear something comfortable that allows you to stretch and keeps you warm.

🧘 Yoga Mat: Please bring your own yoga mat. If you don’t have one, you can either purchase one from us or borrow a mat during the session.

YOGA SESSION DURATION

Each yoga session is designed to last 50 minutes to 1 hour, providing enough time to include a well-rounded practice. This duration allows for a balance of warm-up exercises, core yoga postures, breathwork, and a relaxation or meditation phase at the end. The timing ensures that participants can fully engage with each aspect of the session without feeling rushed, creating a comprehensive and fulfilling experience.

Our esteemed Yoga leader, Keeran VetriKo, brings over 40 years of profound experience, having mastered the practice under the guidance of his father, who, in turn, inherited this cherished tradition from generations before him.
